①Sushi Rice Preparation
Participants will prepare sushi rice using our original sushi vinegar and sushi buckets. This is a valuable opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sushi making.
②Sushi Making
Under the guidance of Master Tosaka, participants will prepare 12 pieces of sushi using high-quality ingredients such as tuna, salmon, shrimp, and scallops. A vegetarian menu is also available upon request.
③Gunkan Maki (Battleship Roll) Making
In addition to nigiri sushi, participants can create four pieces of the popular gunkan maki (battleship rolls) with toppings like tuna mayo and salmon roe.
④Meal Time
After the sushi-making experience, participants can enjoy unlimited refills of Japanese green tea, beer, sake, and other soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, all included in the price, while savoring the sushi you made.
