Learn about the role sake plays in Japanese culture from your sake expert sommelier. Though now popular internationally as a stand-alone drink, it has been part of Japanese culture for over a thousand years, and it is deeply ingrained in Japanese religion and tradition.
During the session, your sommelier will explain a little about the history of sake, how sake is made, and the different sake varieties available.
Taste seven different types of sake from a specially chosen collection, from sparkling to sweet and even dessert sake. These are served together with a multi-course meal of Japanese and Western dishes.
