During this one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll get to make delicious ramen in an actual ramen shop's kitchen. You'll feel just like a ramen chef, using the proper cooking equipment and experiencing firsthand the inner workings of a ramen shop.
Make delicious ramen in a real ramen shop. This ramen shop also happens to be one of Tokyo's best, having won several awards. The ramen shop has kindly offered us exclusive access - something normally not available!
You will feel like a true ramen chef during this unique experience. Take in all the sights and sounds and feel just like a ramen chef. You'll learn all about ramen prep and the ingredients used - including each of their purpose and where they come from.
Please note that this isn't a cooking class where you'd be making everything from scratch. We've shortened the whole process, saving you hours of waiting time. Even just the broth takes 10 hours to make! Instead, this experience is about getting a VIP look at what goes on inside an actual ramen shop. This of course includes putting together delicious ramen.
