Enjoy a sushi course created by a sushi chef from Robuchon at a Tokyo restaurant. Experience a new concept of a sushi restaurant that leaves the customer service and serving to the robots.
Our most popular 8-course menu recommended by our chef. The chef's seasonal appetizers are prepared using the Japanese culinary techniques he learned during his training. This creative course is a fusion of traditional Japanese Edomae Sushi and modern creative Sushi. Enjoy the fresh ingredients purchased from the Toyosu market every morning.
An exceptional course is created by a sushi revolutionary chef from Robuchon.
Appetizers start with special dish that incorporate French taste. We will continue to offer 10 pieces from the ingredients that are carefully selected and purchased from Toyosu every day. We are particularly particular about tuna, and use raw bluefin tuna from a famous tuna wholesaler that is one of the top three tuna wholesalers in Toyosu. Please enjoy it in the [Edo-mae style] that is seasoned and served here.
The last dish is Okinawa soba, which is made by the chef who is from Okinawa.
