Modification requests must be made at least two days before the scheduled trip.
Luggage limit: 5 x 24-inch bags for groups of 5, 8 x 24-inch bags for groups of 8. Excess may be refused by the driver.
Japanese road regulations do not require child seats for charter cars.
Our transfer service covers the following Tokyo City districts: Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Minato, Meguro, Nakano, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, and Toshima (Extra charges apply for services outside these districts).
The activity provider is not liable for additional expenses due to force majeure (traffic delays, strikes, weather, flight delays, etc.).
Upon completing the booking, please provide the flight number, complete pick-up/drop-off addresses, and contact details (WhatsApp ID/Line ID) in the request. The night before your trip, you'll receive driver and vehicle information (for signless pickups, an airport map will be provided).
