The kitchen area has been designed as a scientific research and development workshop. Through the ingredients, techniques, texture and flavors, the team’s goal is to awaken your taste buds.
At this theatrical food show our diners have the chance to sample flamboyant cuisine in a space that serves as a blank canvas, ready to transform into almost anything imaginable.
For months engineers worked with designers and writers to create immersive multisensorial experiences to share our vision of culinary art. Each dish is integrated into a universe, where aroma, music, temperature, and decor come together in an enchanting setting.
