My name is Francesco, and I am thrilled to introduce you to my unique experience in the heart of Venice, where I combine traditional Italian home cooking with live music!
I have two great passions, the first is related to traditional Italian home cooking, the second is my love for music, I am a professional guitarist indeed!
In this one-of-a-kind cooking class, I will take you to my home and teach you how to make homemade pasta!
I will guide you step by step in the preparation of the dough, the cut of the fresh pasta, all the way to preparing a delicious sauce and plating!
After having lunch together, I will take you into the world of acoustic guitar!
