You do not need to go to the ticket office in Pompeii to redeem your ticket. You will receive your official ticket before departure and can go directly to the turnstiles to scan your ticket, access the Park and start your Pompeii visit
Our team will contact you, send you your tickets and instructions on how to download our smart audio guide (if it is included in the selected solution) directly onto your mobile phone the day before the visit.
Be sure to download on your smartphone all the contents of the audio guide before starting the visit. The ruins and museums don't have free Wi-Fi and mobile network coverage is not always good.
