A one-hour hands-on experience learning all about Gelato and making your own from scratch. Learn all the ins and outs of this Italian tradition, make your favourite flavour, and master the perfect scoop in a small group setting.
On this small group gelato-making class, you'll meet local gelato experts at one of Florence's oldest Italian gelato academies, a family owned and run establishment known for its exceptional artisanal gelato.
In this one hour class, you will discover all the secrets, ingredients, and measurements required to make the perfect scoop, as well as what makes gelato so different from ice cream. But it's not all theory! You'll get to put all that you've learned into practice and make your very own gelato flavour from scratch.
While your gelato churns away, go behind the counter and learn how to serve and scoop gelato like a pro. After working hard scooping gelato, taste your very own.

You are required to bring and wear a mask
Masks are required while indoors
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc). Participants under 18 may also use a school photo ID. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements. Participants who do not comply with these requirements will be denied entry or asked to leave the theater
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
