Florence: Countryside Tour with Wine Tasting & Pasta Class

Immerse inside the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! Visit the vineyards, visit the cellar, taste 5 organic Tuscan wines and make fresh pasta with other guests!
Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do?
1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees, and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, and an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes!
2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white and red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission.
You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices or order them to ship.
3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura. They teach the secrets to making pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. During the meal, extra wine will be served and one of our co-hosts will make sure that you can be the protagonist!
There will be about 8 participants.

Transport by van with driver is included from Florence to the farm.
The return for the morning sessions (9:00 & 10:00) is by train as it is the most ecological and convenient way to avoid traffic on the highway in the afternoon. You will take the train from San Miniato-Fucecchio station at 16:20 or 16:30 to arrive in Firenze Santa Maria Novella at 17:12 or 17:25. We will send a reminder with information on where to purchase the train tickets the day before, the train ticket is not included in the price and it is 6,20 Euros.
The return for the afternoon session (14:00) is by van back to the meeting point arriving around 21:45/22:00.
