• Any modifications or changes to the pick-up time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled pick-up time

At your hotel in Florence or at Florence Airport. Please be ready 10 minutes before hotel pickup. If you are arriving at the airport, your driver will meet you at the arrival hall.
