Explore the ancient city of Pompeii, its ruins, and take a trip back to the past on this expert-led tour of 3 hours.
Start your day of adventure from the main entrance where you will enjoy the luxury of skip-the-line tickets. Commence your journey into this ancient city at Porta Marian Superiore, the ancient ruins of the main entrance. Whilst looking at the Volcano Vesuvius, you’ll pass through the antiquarium where your knowledgeable guide will show you objects found in the last excavations, like a coin that changed our knowledge of the date of the eruption and a heavy golden arm cuff. 

Continue on your journey by moving to the Basilica, the forum with the market and main temples. Walk along the Greater Decumano, having a look inside the thermal system and the charming Lupanare. You will explore the most beautiful domus, some of which have been recently opened. You'll also see many restorations such as the 'House of Golden Cupids'. 

The guided tour will continue along via dell’Abbondanza, before reaching the so-called “Fugitives’ garden”, where during the eruption some people tried to find an escape but unfortunately perished, as can be seen by their body moulds. Reach the Great Gymnasium, where many daily objects are exposed before ending with the wonderful Amphitheatre, the last stop of your journey.
