Explore one of Europe's most important archaeological sites, and take a tour of the ancient city of Pompeii, which was buried under volcanic ash after the catastrophic eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. Choose a time of day and visit the ruins of the once-great city, preserved by the falling ash and later excavated.
Follow an expert guide through the western part of the ruined city and observe some of its most important buildings and structures, while learning about what life was like for the people who once lived there.
