Your chocolatier will show and teach you how to dilute chocolate, and then create a ganache or a mousse. Then, learn how to make some tasty chocolate truffles, and a delightfully warming winter-favorite, hot chocolate.
During the workshop, get hands on with your favorite snack and gain new knowledge about chocolate to impress your friends with. Taste everything you make and the raw materials you use, and at the end of the workshop, take your tasty chocolate creations with you to enjoy back at your hotel!
