If the captain says that it's safe to go out, the boat tour is considered firm and non-refundable.

We are not responsable if you book a boat category thinking you are booking a different one. The boat category you book is what you will have on the day of the excursion.
Please call to check in the day before, but the boat will simply pull up to the pier and the skipper will call your name. Make sure to have a working contact number when you book so the skipper will have your number.
