Enter the heart of Yogyakarta to visit the Palace. Here you can learn about the culture, architecture of the kingdom and local wisdom. Meet the noble family there, and learn the history of the ancestors who have become icons of this city.
After about an hour, we will continue our journey to visit the Water Palace built by Sultan Hamengku Buwono I in 1757. A tall building that resembles a pool was specially designed to be used as a bathing place for the Sultan and his family during his time.
Explore every hidden alley in every part of the Water Palace. You will discover traces of ancient relics, while admiring the beauty of the bathing complex and ponds which are known as Taman Sari by the local community. After our tour is over, relax and your friendly driver will take you back to your accommodation in Yogyakarta.
