From Delhi: Old Delhi Rickshaw Tour

For this Tour, we will pick you from your hotel in Central Delhi and you will be driven to the Old Delhi Area. You first visit the historic Red Fort built by the emperor Shahjahan in 1648. This huge fort is spread in 255 acres of land. The most magnificent palaces, royal ladies haven, the public Audience hall, and several other pavilions would certainly mesmerize you. Now you will enter the famous Jama masjid which was built in the Mughal time. A million rupees expenditure was incurred on this project and it was inaugurated by the Imam from Bukhara(A city in Uzbekistan)-Syed Abdul Ghaffar Shah of Bukhara. Till the present day, his family member s employed as the royal Imman of the Jama Masjid. Later you enjoy the rickshaw ride in the narrow laves discovering the Old Heritage buildings and lifestyle. You can enjoy watching the busy and bustling bazaars displaying various articles on sale. You will ride across the very narrow lanes and by lanes where so much of historical saga has been enacted, Just imagine Mughal King parading across this area and the infamous genocide of Delhites carried out by the order of Nadir Shah who stole the famous Peacock throne from Delhi to Iran.

Now you visit one of the famous streets bestowing you a good option to taste an Indian Parantha which is a sort of flatbread made out of wheat flour with the stuffing of Cheese, Onion, Chili paste. It is commonly served in India breakfast. Now you will again enjoy the rickshaw ride to the famous Sikh Temple-Gurudwara Sis Ganj.

You are advised to carry a comfortable hat and goggles and sunscreen. Besides, you should wear cozy shoes and hold water. At the end of your tour, we will transfer you back to the Hotel.
