Itimad ud Daulah is a beautiful mausoleum shaped like a jewelry box, built by Noor Jahan, wife of the fourth Mughal emperor Jahangir, for her father.

These peaceful and slightly simple gardens are located on the other side of the Yamuna River, opposite the Taj Mahal. They give their visitors a different perspective of the grave and the river, especially at sunset.
