On this Jaipur Private Full Day Tour, travelers get to explore the city’s stunning architecture, vibrant markets, and rich history, all in the comfort of a private air-conditioned vehicle with Driver and Tour Guide.
Tour starts with the pickup from your hotel/airport, and proceed to visit Amber Fort, situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur city. Amber Fort is known for its artistic Hindu style elements and image of fort beautifully reflected in the lake below. Within the Fort lies the famous Jai Mandir (Temple) with its world-renowned hall of mirrors, Sheesh Mahal.
Next proceed to Jantar Mantar, is an astronomical observation site built in the early 18th century. It includes a set of some 20 main fixed instrument.
You will then drive to city, with a pit-stop for photos at Jal Mahal, the Rajput-style 'Water Palace', which sits in the center of the Man Sarovar lake. And the next stop is at Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of the Winds, built in 1799 A.D. This five-storied building along the main street of the old city is a pink sandstone masterpiece, with semi-octagonal, delicately honeycombed windows.
Take a break for lunch at very authentic Multi cuisine Rajasthani Restaurant.
Later proceed to visit City Palace in the heart of the old city, where lies the royal residence of the erstwhile King of Jaipur. Built using a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles, the palace has carved arches and intricately crafted columns.
After City Palace visit Royal Gaitor Tumbas, A blend of white marble and ochre sandstone, some are adorned with intricate carvings depicting nymphs, musicians, and even royal processions.
Evening shopping in Jaipur is excellent, and you'll find an enticing variety of goods available there. Some of the most popular items are precious gemstones, silver jewelry, bangles, clothes, blue pottery and textiles.
After sightseeing, you will be transferred back to your hotel, the airport or railway station in Jaipur.
