You’ll visit breathtaking waterfalls, quaint fishing villages, and the birdlife haven of Mývatn. Experience Europe's largest glacier, the stunning glacier lagoon, and museums, alongside highlights like Gullfoss and Geysir.
Day 1: Akureyri
Start with a scenic drive north, visiting Borgarnes and Skagafjörður, known for Icelandic horses. Visit Glaumbær turf farm before reaching Akureyri. Optional bath at Forest Lagoon.
Day 2: Lake Mývatn
Explore Mývatn’s volcanic landscape, visiting Goðafoss, Dimmuborgir, and Grjótagjá. Afterward, visit the geothermal area of Námaskarð and Dettifoss Waterfall, then continue to Egilsstaðir.
Day 3: East Fjords
