The shuttle has coverage in some parts of zone 9, 10, 13, or airport zone. If your hotel is in one of these zones, we can drop you off there. If it's not, we will ensure a convenient drop-off at the nearest point.

If you haven't been picked up within 15 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time, kindly contact us so we can check the status of your transport. 4. There can be a small delay since the shuttle has to pick up more passengers and due to traffic, but please try to be ready at your scheduled time to avoid further delays. 5. If the driver arrives and you're not ready, please be aware that they will wait for only 5 minutes. Afterward, the shuttle will depart, and this will be considered a No Show. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide refunds.
