Greece is the third country of the world that produces olive oil and the first in the world that consums olive oil, So, it is important to educate how to choose an extra virgin olive oil in the market place and to bring the consumer in touch with this unique greek product, the olive oil, which is the base of the greek mediteranean diet.

Please it is important to finish your coffee and your tea 30 minutes before the olive oil tasting and avoid parfumes for not influencing negativement your sense of flavor and taste. Thank you very much.
