Plakias' dive sites belong to the best of Europe! If you like water, this is a must for you, your friends and your family from 8 years old. We make amazing underwater pictures of you!
This is your first adventure in a completely new world! It will take your breath away! This is something for kids from 8 years old, teenagers, adults and seniors alike – but watch out, you will probably catch the diving virus! :-)

We meet at Dive2gether in Plakias. You are offered a coffee, tea, lemonade or water an meet your diving instructor. This is the time we have a chance to talk about your expectations and preferences. As this is your first diving experience you are fully in charge of what you are going to do. Therefor it's important to talk about any worries you might have. Our instructors are there to give you an unforgettable experience. Your comfort and safety is our first priority.

You will fill out forms and fit equipment and once that's packed we bring you to idyllic bay with calm water and all the facilities needed for a comfortable beach day.
If there are people travelling with you who do not want to dive we do encourage you to take them along. They will love the beach and can watch you from a comfortable beach bed. They can also rent snorkelling equipment and watch you dive from the surface! If they are not comfortable with snorkelling they can sign up for a snorkelling course which would take place on the same beach, at the same time you have your dive.

On the beach you and your travel company will receive a complete explanation of the facilities of the location and where we will do the course.

After that one of the diving instructors will take you to a sun shaded place and give a extensive briefing on how the scuba diving equipment works, how you will wear it. He will also explain step by step the safety rules of diving, how your course will be organized and how we communicate in the water.
While you have this briefing the other instructors involved will have prepared all equipment. It will be floating in shallow calm water.

Time to dive!!
You enter the water and the instructor will help you put on your equipment. In belly deep water you will learn the basic skills and already see the first little fish swimming around! :-)
Once you feel comfortable breathing underwater, there's a chance to do some exercises with your instructor. After these first minutes your instructor plans to take you on an underwater tour to show you the amazing underwater life. For this first dive we can go to a depth of 6m, but if you feel happier staying shallow that's fully ok! This is your private experience and there is plenty to see in shallow water.

This private program is conducted with only 2 divers per instructor to ensure you have all the attention you need.

We will make pictures from you underwater and when we are back at the diving school these can be bought for an extra charge.

We have the habit of having lunch in the tavern by the beach. We would love it if you and your company join! Your food is for your own expense.

If you book the 08:30 slot, there might be a chance to book a discounted dive after the lunch break.
