Begin your day with a convenient pick-up from your Tbilisi hotel, followed by a drive along the famous Georgian Military Highway. As you leave the city behind, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of green valleys and winding rivers.
Stop at the medieval Ananuri Fortress, overlooking the Zhinvali Reservoir. Explore this historical fortress with its ancient walls and beautiful views of the turquoise lake.
Next, ascend to Gudauri, a popular winter resort area known for its picturesque landscapes and ski slopes. Even if you’re visiting outside the snow season, Gudauri offers incredible panoramic views of the mountains.
Drive higher into the mountains, reaching the Jvari Pass, a fantastic viewpoint and natural landmark. Take some time for photos and to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
