Next, learn how to taste wines. First, look at the wines, admiring the color. Next, smell the wine before finally tasting it. Throughout your experience, taste 2 glasses of white, 2 glasses of red, and finish with 1 glass of champagne. With each wine, taste a different cheese.
Throughout the tasting, get explanations about the wines from Simon. As you go, compare the smell of each wine to a different perfume sample to train your sense of smell. After the tasting is over, you'll be read to choose your favorite wine in every Parisian restaurant.
