Dive into centuries of winemaking tradition with a tour of the Domaine de Baronaques. Acquired by Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and her 2 sons in 1998, the vineyard has been in existence since the 17th century, when it was under the possession of the Abbey de Saint-Polycarpe.
Discover our history as you visit the property before your host initiates you into some of our winemaking secrets in the vat-house and barrel ageing cellar. Tour our vineyards in a hybrid off‑road vehicle immersed in the region’s biodiversity, where you are free to take photographs.
Then in a private tasting room, you will enjoy a commented tasting of 7 wines: Two vintages of our Grand Vin blanc, one vintage of our second red wine, La Capitelle, and finally a vertical tasting of four vintages of our Grand Vin rouge – a veritable voyage through the ages of our Domaine!
