Head to the viewpoint just above the village of l 'Ospédale around 9:00am or at the Cartalavonu Refuge: Crossed by a magnificent Larici pine forest, the local endemic black pine trees so high that they were used for boat masts ; …. an arrival at a summit in about 2 to 3 hours for a panoramic view of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and even Sardinia, a 360 ° from where you can see the sea on 3 sides, the lakes of the OSpédale and the Ortolo, the villages of the Alta Rocca and the famous needles of Bavella.
Share a spuntinu or take a picnic from your bag ( "spuntinu" of Corsican products in option) before going down again via the trail connecting Porto Vecchio to Propriano called «  Mare a Mare Sud » in 1 hour, option to have a coffee at the refuge or continue one more half an hour to the magnificent view of the Gulf of Propiano - you can return to cars through the village of Ospédale or cut through the forest - around 3-4 p.m unless we manage to leave a car there in the morning.

possibility to meet at 6.30 or 7.30 am for the sunrise, 9am to hike the whole day or between 5 and 5.30pm for the sunset
with or without breakfast/lunch/dinner in the nature or in a typical restaurant

1st or 2nd friday of the month propose a yoga hike including breathe, senses'opening exercises and stretching alternating hiking: another loop to a great point of view, an amazoing cave, great trees and spots

Other things to note
for people with limited mobility the route will be adapted and we will go up another path, we can go up to the ante summit only.
the route may change based on weather and group level
