Hotel pickup will be provided approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the tour.
Pickup is included from Rakkavaarantie road bus stops and some hotels in Levi. Pickups start within 30 minutes to 1 hour before your tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before. Please contact the activity provider if you have not received your pickup time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or outside your accommodation 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. A missed pickup will result in a missed tour which will not be refunded.
