• 2 adults share 1 snowmobile. If the number of people in the group is an odd number, someone in the group will have to share a snowmobile with another member of the activity. Single driving is available as supplement for adults
• Children aged 0-14 are seated in a sled behind the guide's snowmobile. Small children should be accompanied by a parent for their safety
• If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in the snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged
• In order to drive a snowmobile, a valid drivers license is required. A provisional license or a picture of your driving license won’t be accepted.
• The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.
Meet your guide at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park in Santa Claus Village (Joulumaantie 5) or at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 25). The city office in the Rovaniemi Center is located downstairs in the Shopping Center Rinteenkulma (Koskikatu 25). You can also find entrance to the city office just across the road from Hertz and Scandic Rovaniemi City. • Meeting time at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari Office in Santa Claus Village, address is Joulumaantie 5, 30-minutes prior to the scheduled activity starting time. • Meeting time at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office, Shopping Center Rinteenkulma, Koskikatu 25, 55-minutes prior to the scheduled activity starting time. • Missed meeting time and point will result on missed safari which will not be refunded.
