People who do not show up on time at the meeting point and miss the tour, will not be able to take it at another time.
The included tickets are only valid to be used in the guided tour.

The meeting point is Monumento a Goya (just in front of the Prado Museum group entrance). Address: Calle de Felipe IV, s/n, 28014 Madrid. Your tour guide will wait for you at the meeting point. He/she will be identified with the "Viajes Gran Via" logo.
