Begin your experience with a warm welcome as I greet you at the location of your choice—by the pool, at your holiday retreat, or close to the beach. I’ll set up a serene space with all the necessary yoga props and mats. Once you're settled, we'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body and mind. As we move through the session, I'll guide you through a series of poses tailored to your level, focusing on breath, balance, and relaxation. You'll enjoy the tranquil surroundings, whether it’s the soothing sound of the waves or the peaceful ambiance of your retreat. The session concludes with a calming cool-down and a moment of mindfulness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated, ready to continue your day with renewed energy. Duration 1 hour
