Enjoy tastings of classic dishes, such as tortilla, fried squid or anchovies, and chorizo. You might try montadito de pringá, a sandwich filled with slow-cooked pork that simply melts on your tongue, or carrillada de carne — an Iberian pork dish accompanied by vegetable sauce and chips.
