You will learn about the winemaking process in the vineyard. Then you will have a tour guide through the facilities: winemaking room and barrel room.
We will explain how we apply the methods of organic and biodynamic agriculture in all our processes. We will show you how the wine is made, from the time the vineyard is bare until we have the bottle ready for sale.
You will feel the same passion and enthusiasm as all the winelovers who work in our winery.
At the end you will have a commented tasting of 3 signature wines: blanc, rosé and crianza + lunch included: breadsticks, olives, salad, french fries, omelette, artisan cold meats and cheese and ham and tomato toasts.
