• The pickup details will be send at 10 pm the night before the trip by email

• Kindly know that pickup is on time at the location mentioned and the activity provider can wait no more than 5 mins, so kindly be on time, as there are other clients and it is necessary to be on time.

The pickup point will be at the main entrance of your hotel's main gate (by the road), not at the reception gate or area. The activity provider can wait no more than 5 minutes after the scheduled time as there are other clients to be picked up.
