•All customers who are staying at Cap Cana area will have pick-up point in Blue Mall.
•All customer who are staying at Veron or Friusa area will have a meeting point designated by us in the get pick up.
•If you'll be staying on an Airbnb or a non all-inclusive hotel, you will have to call us for designate a meeting point.

Pickup is available only from hotels in Punta Cana, Bavaro, Uvero Alto (Punta Cana), and Cabeza de Toro. Pickup time is usually between 1-1.5 hours prior to the start time of your tour.
Pickup location and time will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking. Please contact the local partner the day before the tour if the information provided is not clear. Be outside your hotel 5 minutes before your pickup time as the pickup bus can't park and wait.
