On the day of travel, we will let you know the exact pick-up schedule, depending on the traffic and your pick-up station.
When we get to your pickup location, you will easily recognize our shuttles, which are painted pink and cannot be missed.
The driver will help you load your luggage on the shuttle, and in case you have any sports gear, such as surfboards or kiteboarding gear, we will load it for you on the roof, where we have roof racks, especially for that.
During the ride, you will have a refreshment break where you can stretch, use the bathroom, and buy coffee and snacks.
At your drop-off station, the driver will help you get your equipment.
Make sure to not leave anything behind.
The pick-up time sent by email is approximate and can vary by up to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and the number of pick-ups. An hour before departure, we will let you know the exact pick-up time in WhatsApp group.
Make sure to be outside of the hostel 10 minutes before your pick-up time. The driver will Not be waiting !!!
