Do not bring in outside food and beverages. Pick up time is from 6 am to 7 am depending on where your hotel is located. Our customer service team will contact you to finalize details of the experience and resolve any questions you may have.
Depending on where you are located we will confirm if we can come to your hotel or if we can pick you up at a nearby pick up point. Our tour guide will be there to meet you and explain the tour.
If we cannot get to the hotel in the area, we will meet you at the Pegasos Pier as a meeting point: there are statues of two horses called The Pegasos at the pier, get to that point and the tour guide will meet you. We will contact you by WhatsApp to send you the location on the map of the meeting point and the image of the statue so you can locate it better.
