If you have booked this activity less than hours prior to the 48 scheduled activity start time, you must contact us immediately after booking to confirm your reservation. Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.
Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your reservations at any time and you are entitled to a refund of your reservation unless the hired program conditions indicate something else. However, if the cancellation takes place within the time frame of 2 working days prior the booking date, the company reserves the right of charging a cancellation fee that accounts for 50% of the total price of the booking. If the cancellation takes place within 24 hours prior the Departure time set, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of the booking.
