Following collection from your El Poblado accommodation, make your way to a unique space for tasting coffee. It is a factory that provides support to coffee growers in the area by dignifying their work and publicizing the benefits of coffee.
Your tour aims to provide you with a better understanding of the process behind coffee. Your local guide will inform you about the entire process - from once the coffee is picked through to when it is ready to be threshed, roasted, and prepared. It is in this unique process that coffee acquires the characteristics felt when consuming it.
From the hand of a roaster master, learn the different levels required to roast coffee. Following this knowledge, take part in a tasting of different coffee samples before finally sampling a delicious freshly roasted and ground coffee direct from its place of origin.
