- in the case of a reservation on the same day, immediately after the reservation, please contact us at the provided emergency phone (by call, SMS, or WhatsApp). This phone can also be used if you have not received information about the pick-up, you cannot find your taxi, or your guide
- drop off: before ending the tour, your guide will arrange the drop-off for you
