Pick up your tandem bike at the Motel Ile d'Orleans, close to the island's bridge. Upon arrival, you'll get a detailed safety introduction and may try your tandem bike on the secure parking lot.
You'll cycle on the secure shoulder of the road, as there are no bike paths on Ile d'Orleans. Your bike is equipped with 24 gears and semi-large tires for safe grip on the road.
Before heading onto the street, you'll be given a personalized map leading you to the romantic village of Ste Petronille. Taste fresh berries, visit the island's chocolate factory and stroll through the excellent wineries Ile d'Orleans is famous for. Along the way admire picturesque villages and amazing views on the St.Lawrence River. Enjoy discovering the island together — cycling with two is so much fun. You will take great pictures !!
