• This tour requires a minimum number of participants in order to run (in the event that the tour cannot run due to participant levels, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund)
• The minimum recommended age for this tour is 12 years old
• The high alpine lakes of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake can remain frozen into early June
• Any activities including hiking are optional and guests who prefer to relax are welcome to do so

Please be waiting in front of the main Banff Train Station building at least 5 mins before your scheduled pickup time. Look for a passenger van or minibus with 'Radventures' branding.
Parking at Banff Train Station is free, but it can take about 5 mins to walk to the pickup location.
For hotel pickup in Banff, please contact the activity provider before booking.
If your driver/guide is running a little late, please don't worry, as there are multiple pickups on this tour and traffic in town can sometimes cause delays.
