Your beautiful day tour starts with pick up by a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide from hotel at 8:30am. This journey takes you an hour ride through beautiful rural Cambodian villages then visit Beng Melea Temple ( Lotus Pond) located about 65KM from the city. It was built in the middle of the 12th-century during the reign of king Suryavarman II and dedicated to Hinduism. The temple is a very large sprawling jungle and unrestored temple where trees growing from broken towers and galleries offer some spectacular (tree in temple) photographic shots.
Afternoon visit The Great Lake Tonle Sap which is the biggest fresh water lake in South-east Asia, take a cruise to visit Kompong Phluk floating Village ( traditional Khmer floating village located about 30KM South- East of Siem Reap) by private boat through fishing Village of Tonle Sap Lake to discover the tall stilted houses, Floating Village, the floating hospital, fisher-boat ,fishery, old lifestyle of the country and the natural landscape of the Tonle Sap Lake flooded Mangroves forest and an Iceland Buddhist temple( Cruise takes about 1 and a half hour). Your private tour ends with drop you off at your hotel.
