3-Days Angkor & Banteay Srei & Kulen Mountain Waterfall Tour

Explore the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and Ta Prohm on a 3-day private tour. Visit the Kulen Mountain Waterfall and see the largest reclining Buddha sculpture carved from a natural stone.

Day 1:
Start your tour at 8:00 AM after breakfast. Meet your guide in the lobby of your accommodation and head to the Angkor Wat temple. Explore the biggest Hindu temple and one of the seven wonders of the world.

Visit the Ta Prohm Temple, a beautiful temple with a big tree growing throughout the temple. Continue to the Ta Nei Temple, a small classic temple in the jungle.

See the East Gate of Angkor Thom City, the Bayon Temple, the Baphoun Temple, the Royal Enclosure wall, the Elephant and Liper king Terrace, and Phnom Bakheng for sunset. Return to your hotel by 6:30 PM.

Day 2:
Start your tour at 8:00 AM after breakfast. Meet your guide in the lobby of your accommodation and head to the Phnom Kulen natural resort, about 65 km from Siem Reap.

See the ancient city called "Mahendrapavata," which means the great mountain of Indra. On the top of the hill of this ancient city, see a thousand Lingas statues carved in the bottom of the river, which represents the holy river of Shiva for bathing to wash away evil sins.

Visit the largest reclining Buddha sculpture built from a big natural stone called Preah Ang Thom and see the waterfall where the holy water baths to wash away evil sins.

After a few hours busy with the temple in the morning and driving down from Kulen Mountain, have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to visit the Banteay Srei Temple, or the ladies temple, built from pink sandstone in the late 10th century by Hindu king Rajendravarman II.

Visit the Banteay Samre Temple, the Pre Rup Temple, or the crematorium temple, a temple with 3 volcanic rock floors and 5 brick towers on the top.

Day 3:
Start your tour early and leave from your hotel or guesthouse at 4:30 AM to watch the sunrise in front of the Angkor Wat temple. Enjoy a beautiful reflection view.

Go back to your hotel for breakfast, then continue with your guide to visit the temple in a large circle. Explore the Preah Khan Temple, or the sacred sword Temple, which was built by king Jayavarman VII, the founder of the Angkor Thom city and dedicated to his father.

Visit the Neak Pean Temple, a small island temple located in the middle of the last baray Jayatataka. See the Ta Som Temple, a small classic temple in the jungle, and the East Mebon Temple, a large artificial mountain temple with 5 levels and crowned by 5 brick towers.

After a few hours busy with the temple in the morning, have lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to visit the Rolous Group, including Lolei, Prash Kor, and Bakong Temple.

On the way back to the city, stop at the local market, Phsar Leu, Old Market, and d'Angkor Artisan School, famous for traditional handicrafts such as lacquer ware, silk products, stone carving, wood carving, gilding, and silk processing.
