Segways are self-balancing, futuristic-looking vehicles and, despite looking quite difficult to control, they are surprisingly easy and fun to ride on. The local partner's guides will help you to perfect your technique before you depart. This night tour will give you a totally different perspective on the city of Lisbon. Alfama wakes up at night. Some of the city's most historic cafés and restaurants open their doors to serve delicious traditional cuisine. The neighborhood known as the Old Town is also home to traditional Fado houses, where this unique Portuguese musical expression can be appreciated in rustic and romantic surroundings. While you cross the labyrinthine streets, listen to Fado sounds coming from the restaurants and also from local houses.
Belém is a district full of historic monuments and impressive museums. All of them light up at night, allowing you to focus on their unique details. Showing you all of this at night adds to the mysticism of the monuments from the Age of Discovery.
