Azerbaijani Cuisine Workshop with a Local

Learn the secrets of Azerbaijani cuisine with a cooking class at a local home in Baku. Choose between a meaty or vegetarian menu and enjoy your creations with a glass of homemade "kompot" fruit drink.
Learn how to cook traditional Azerbaijani dishes during this hands-on cooking class with a local. Prepare a 3-course meal with the help of your personal chef and enjoy your creations with a glass of "kompot" fruit drink. You will also enjoy black Azerbaijani tea grown in the south of the country with the dessert prepared during this workshop.

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Baku and head to a cozy apartment in the suburban area of Baku. Before the tour, you will choose between a meaty or vegetarian option as an entrée meal. Once we are ready to cook, we will start preparing a beetroot salad and entrée meal. While the entrée meal is cooking, we will start making a local Bakuvian dessert.

You'll receive detailed instructions from your chef, so you can learn the peculiar secrets of Azerbaijani cuisine in this hands-on experience. After the main course, sit down for a tea table with sweet delights and “quymag” (Bakuvian dessert) prepared by you! "Nush olsun!" (enjoy your meal!)
