Pickup is offered from Downtown, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, Retiro, San Telmo, Palermo, Palermo Soho, Palermo Hollywood, and Cruise Ship Terminal. Guests staying at locations outside these areas will be assigned the closest hotel. Please wait at the hotel lobby. The driver will call out your name. If you're staying in an Airbnb, wait for the driver at the main door downstairs. Cruise ship passengers must go to the Arrivals Hall near GATE 10, inside the terminal. Pickup from Downtown, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, Retiro, and San Telmo areas takes place 8:00 PM-8:30 PM; from Palermo, Palermo Soho, and Palermo Hollywood areas 7:30 PM-7:30 PM.
