Here are some notes for your ride with #MyPinkBus you'd want to know:
- The departure time indicated, is the time we are scheduled to meet you at the first station.
- On the day of travel, an hour before departure time, our dispatch will be in touch with you to confirm the exact pick-up time of your station which can vary a bit depending on the number of pick-ups and the amount of traffic that day.
- Our driver will arrive with our eye-catching pink-coloed van and will help you store your luggage in the trunk.
- Every 2.5 (approx), we will make a 10-minute refreshment break where you can stretch, use the restroom, and buy coffee/snacks
- The first 2 hours (ish) of the ride the road is a bit bumpy. Thanks to our new fleet you will not feel it that much but prepare yourself accordingly.
- Since your driver's English is very basic you can stay in touch with your dispatch who will be in touch with you an hour before departure time.
- Your last 2 hours of our ride, you will drive through local villages where you can spot beautiful birds, cultural images, and the lovely green Panama has to offer.
- When arriving to your destination, please make sure to leave your seat in an incline position and leaving your pillow behind while your driver will help you unload your luggage.

On the day of travel, we will let you know the exact pick-up schedule, depending on the traffic and your pick-up station.
When we get to your pickup location, you will easily recognize our shuttles, which are painted pink and cannot be missed.
The driver will help you load your luggage on the shuttle, and in case you have any sports gear, such as surfboards or kiteboarding gear, we will load it for you on the roof, where we have roof racks, especially for that.
During the ride, you will have a refreshment break where you can stretch, use the bathroom, and buy coffee and snacks.
At your drop-off station, the driver will help you get your equipment.
Make sure to not leave anything behind.
