Lamar Temple Visiting Guidelines:
1. Dress appropriately, avoiding overly revealing clothing.
2. Do not step on the threshold; when entering the temple, step over it.
3. It is customary to offer three sticks of incense.
4. Proper incense offering posture: palms together, with thumbs tucked inside.
5. Visiting flow: Start by worshipping in the main hall, then visit the other side halls.

Lamar Temple, also known as the Lama Temple, is one of Beijing's most famous and well-preserved Tibetan Buddhist temples. Built in the 17th century, it was originally a royal residence before being transformed into a monastery.
