· 40min | Master the art of making traditional Chinese dumplings with folding skills and learn to be both professional and creative!

· 40min | Cook your dumpling masterpieces in two traditional ways: boiled and pan-fried. Satisfy your appetite with your delicious and proudly made dumplings!

· 40min | Learn to prepare one of the most iconic Chinese dishes Kung Pao Chicken: from its origins and ingredients to secret recipes and all the preparation work!

· 30min | Cook another local Shanghainese vegetable dish: Casserole Gluten Puffs with Mushrooms and Baby Bok Choy, and unveil the secrets behind the magic of vegetables!
